A Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering graduate from Manuel L. Quezon University, Manila in 1982. Worked briefly with Bormaheco, Inc. and Negros Navigation (1981-1982) with their computer dept then moved to sales and marketing real estate in 1984. She acquired her real estate brokers license in 1988 and has been in the real estate industry since then. She was also a long-time member of several local realtors board in the Philippines, the longest being PLAREB from 1989 to 1998. She was a member of h PAREB-Rizal Board of Realtors from 2006-2012. She was the Chairperson of Anti-Colorum Task Force of PAREB – Rizal Board of Real Estate 2009
