PAYMENT TERMS:
We require a full one night payment of Php 9,500 to reserve the date of the 1 bedroom apartment and Php 6,000 to reserve the date of the studio apartment. We will also require you to submit a photocopy of a government issued ID ( i.e. driver s License, Passport,) for identification purposes.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NO VISITORS ALLOWED . ONLY THOSE THAT ARE OUR REGISTERED GUEST MAY USE THE FACILITIES OF THE APARTMENT
1. This is our beach house that we are sharing with you. Please keep it clean. The housekeeper will be collecting Php 500 as SECURITY DEPOSIT upon checking In and refunded upon checking out after inspection that the apartment is left clean.. Dishes should be washed, cleaned and stored upon check out. Pillows and mattresses should be stored. Furniture should be returned to their proper place. Garbage should be placed in the trash can.
2. Check in time is at 2 pm and check out time is at 12 noon the next day.
3. Homeowners Pool
kids should have ADULT SUPERVISION while swimming at the pool.
Proper SWIM ATTIRE – bathing suit/trunks , rashguard
No sando, t-shirt,shorts , maong , cotton clothing allowed
