Maximum of 5 persons only. No pets allowed. Visitors are allowed but must be limited and not daily and as long as it doesn’t disturb the other tenants. Laundry- CR, Clothesline-Terrace. Main gate located at the first floor with padlock, stairs is inside the building in going up and down. Apartment building is using water tank so tenant will be responsible in turning on the water breaker if there is no water coming out from the faucets, (it will only takes 30 mins the water tank will be full) and then turn off the water breaker after, located in each floor
Electric Bill- own meter
Water Bill- shared sa second floor and rooftop. It will divide and share per person.
Sub meter is not allowed na po kasi muntik na masunog ang apartment building ko.
