We signed our contract until August 2020. Unfortunately we plan to leave at the end of December due to relocation in different country 🙂 We are looking for someone who can take our place and continue the contract (w/ our name on it) until August 2020.

Location: Guadalupe viejo Makati city (near barangay hall)

*2 months deposit 1 month advance

*instead of paying for the 2 months deposit, just pay 1 month deposit since our name is in the contract.

*At the end of August 2020, you have the choice to continue your contract or get the deposit of 2 months (which costs double the amount you paid for the deposit).

*5 mins walk to Powerplant mall

*10 mins walk to Poblacion

*15 mins walk to Makati ave

*contract ends in August 2020

*9,500 per/month
