permit. This will serve as your ID during your stay.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Please treat our  place like your own home. We would
appreciate if you handle all furniture, fixtures, and appliances with
care. STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
2. Save energy (and water). To help us keep our rates as affordable
as possible, may we request that you conserve electricity by turning off
all appliances when not in use.
3. Clean as you go. This place is maintained by the owners
themselves, hands-on. We don’t have any room service as we try to keep
all expenses at the minimum, again to keep our rates as affordable as
possible. Please help us keep the place clean.
4. Avida admin requests that we keep it low – other unit
owners/guests would like to relax and have a restful stay, any
unnecessary noise might be reported and security personnel will call
your attention for it.
5. You will sign a checklist of all available appliances, furniture
and utensils for your convenience. You are not allowed to bring any of
these outside the unit.
