Location near at Poblacion Makati area. Near to Makati city hall.

5,000 if solo occupant. 2,500 person if shared.

Couples are welcome, Office workers are welcome. Small families are welcome.

Bare room. Bring your own stuff. There are cabinets for storage.

Pets are allowed as long as they stay in your room. Keep the noise down if they are the barking kind.

Clean as you go especially in the toilets.

There is a cariderya in the front garage where you can order food. You can ask our cook to cook for you if you want, just give her extra for that. That is separate from the rent.

One month advance, 1000 security deposit for solo, One month advance 500 security deposit if shared. Security deposit is refundable if there are no damages to the room or if there isn’t any miscellaneous expenses.

Common toilet and bath. Two toilets one upstairs and one downstairs.

No laundry allowed. Laundry places in the area. You can laundry your clothes but delicates only.

Location is within the Central Makati area. Closest to SM Jazz, Rockwell area, Century city mall. There are churches in the area. Wet market. Everything is commutable by jeep and tricycles.

Area is safe. Well lit and no flooding.

Includes Internet if solo. If shared it’s 200 per month. Parking is available. Motorcycle is 750 per month. One month advance 250 security deposit for motorcycles.

Currently has 4 bedspacers. Two boys and two girls each group occupying a room.
