RULES and REGULATIONS
➡ Be a good payer i can’t or don’t wait me to knock on your door to collect your monthly payment and meralco bill.
➡ When you use the rooftop for your parties or tambay with your visitors please keep it clean before you leave for the other tenants who wants to use the rooftop.
➡ Don’t be late to pay of your monthly payment responsibilities.
➡ There’s have regular truck visit / garbage collector on the corner (sa kanto) for your garbage and their visiting hour is 4pm or 5pm in the afternoon only.
➡ Provide your own garbage bag / dump.
➡ Be responsible tenant.
➡ We have curfew for the usage of videoke weekdays and weekends until 10PM-11PM only.
➡ Please keep clean your own room also in front of your room.
➡ No fighting.
➡ Don’t be messy / scruffy.
➡ Don’t make any trouble.
➡ Don’t be too noisy especially in the night.
➡ Keep the gate close when you come home in the night/midnight for our safety.
➡ Follow the apartment rules for the goodness of all.
