\nappreciate if you handle all furniture, fixtures, and appliances with
\ncare. STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
\n2. Save energy (and water). To help us keep our rates as affordable
\nas possible, may we request that you conserve electricity by turning off
\n all appliances when not in use.
\n3. Clean as you go. This place is maintained by the owners
\nthemselves, hands-on. We don’t have any room service as we try to keep
\nall expenses at the minimum, again to keep our rates as affordable as
\npossible. Please help us keep the place clean.
\n4. Avida admin requests that we keep it low – other unit
\nowners\/guests would like to relax and have a restful stay, any
\nunnecessary noise might be reported and security personnel will call
\nyour attention for it.
\n 5. You will sign a checklist of all available appliances, furniture
\nand utensils for your convenience. You are not allowed to bring any of
