Along the coastline of Calatagan Batangas is a 2 units of 40 ft container apartment right in front of the beach. The ocean is a few steps from the main house and is knee deep all year round until further down the breakwater making it safe for kids.
The fishing village neighborhood gives access to catch of the day. Safe, Spacious, Quiet Healthy way to spend some time off.
We offer full board meals for everyone too. Fresh from the boat and farm festive meals!

– This is a fishing compound, not a commercial resort, we have no restaurant and market is 10km away. Neighborhood stores closes at 10 PM.
– Manage your expectations for again we are not a resort. We are just a home stay beach front. We are not a hotel. Bring your own toiletries.
– We are facing literally infront of the ocean and the view on the top deck is breathtaking.
– We have dogs around. Most are rescues. They are all friendly. But if you don’t like animals. This is definitely not for you. 🐕🐕🐕

☝🏼 Is the beach swimmable?
Yes. Depends on the weather. We are approaching the habagat season that weeds from the across island goes to our shore. However, the calatagan shore is worth the time to explore. There is a 2 minute walk swimming area ( Perez Beach Front Apartments) very near the vans.
Calatagan is popular for its beige and cream sand. If you’re expecting Boracay-like qualities, you’re gonna be disappointed. Yet, this is one of the best beaches on this side of Batangas. We also stated that we are near a fishing village. So please manage your expectations. There are parked boats around.

The kitchen is a common area. If you are not renting the entire place. Please share.
There is an outdoor grill. We have no refrigerator. Please bring your coolers.
☝🏼 WHAT TO BRING:
We provide sheets and pillows. Please bring your own towel plus toiletries.

– VIDEOKE MACHINE IS UNTIL 10PM ONLY ( rented)
– STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, IT MOSTLY MADE UP OF WOOD HENCE ITS FIRE HAZARD.
– WE EXPECT OUR GUESTS TO BEHAVE PROPERLY AND RESPECT THE PROPERTY.
– GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY FOR DAMAGES INCURRED IN THE PROPERTY.
