ROOM FOR RENT IN MAKATI

Hello. A room is available in our apartment.We just moved in last month and we need someone to share the space with. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 floors, with kitchen, laundry area and bathroom. Currently, only me and my friend are occupying it. One jeep away from Ayala, MRT,LRT, Greenbelt. Rent for the room is 5K. The room is quite big and can be occupied by 2-3 persons. We share the utilities. I have no issues whatsoever with boyfriends/girlfriends visiting so long as you pay the rent and don’t mess up the house. We prefer females. Area is safe, clean and not prone to floods.
