A friend and I are looking for a third roomie to share our 1br unit in Rada Regency, just a few blocks away from Greenbelt, definitely a prime location for anyone working in Makati. We’re very open about the room’s actual set-up. The share of P7000 is inclusive of rent AND utilities (water + electricity + drinking water + wifi connection), trust us, given the facilities and prime location, he/she won’t find a better deal than this. The future roommates are both recent college grads from Ateneo who know how to keep house. Occupation starts June 1.
